Splendid hotel was FABULOUS !!
Plenty of staff at the reception & very helpful in booking transport to All locations.
Hotel is very clean & the Breakfast at the top of the hotel is very good with lots of choices.
When I return to Hanoi I will use this hotel again !

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Room was ready when we checked in and was wonderful. All the staff were very pleasant. Great location but not too crazy. Easy walk to the lake and all the action of the weekend market. Will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourself back in Hanoi.
