"This was our 3rd year staying here. The location is excellent for our stay. Our room was adequate, but did not feel clean upon arrival. Floors had sand and debris all over them. Bathroom had hair all over it. Second morning of our stay, there was no water for a short time. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet taking off inside the wall. Our room was very close to the elevator and we had several nights of not being able to get to sleep until after midnight due to loud voices, doors slamming and kids running around. One of the hot tubs was not functional, the other one was not hot, cooler than the pool. Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working most of the stay. Just seemed to be alot of maintenance lacking this time. "

If I had to give one negative comment, it would be that the staff in the bowling ally are not nice at all and if you order food there it takes an hour just for a milkshake. But hey great place to stay!"
