"Mikaela at the front desk was so nice and had a huge smile when greeted me! Room super clean, great view to watch the boats pass while drinking coffee on the deck or inside. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the amenities and property was because the pools were being renovated and the gym was small. Other than that great place to stay! "

"Besides the ongoing construction we had a blast! Great amenities, good drinks and food at the pool bar, close to broadway at the beach and the boardwalk. Tasha was very helpful and polite and got us early check in on arrival day which we were extremely grateful for after a long 14 hour drive. Plenty of free accessible parking. Breakfast is okay, very limited options(waffles, sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit). Will stay again!"

"Check in was great! It was fast and friendly. Our view was great! We had the ocean view and it was beautiful. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. There was food from the previous people on the floor. From a distance the floor looked cleaned but it wasn’t. You could not walk around barefoot because your feet would turn black from the ground being dirty. There were legos on the balcony and you could tell after being in the room it wasn’t clean. Who ever cleaned the room did it just to make it look presentable but didn’t really clean it. All the pools were nice and the walk up to the beach was nice too, but it smelled like urine before you walked up to the beach in the area of the dunes. Once you pass that, the beach was beautiful! And it was nice that we could go to the beach and pool and rest on the lounge chairs. But use caution on the lounge chair, I had sat down in it and didn't know it was broken the I fell trough it and needed help getting back up. There was no one around to report it to so I was up early hoping to find someone to show them and the gentleman kindly removed it from the pool area. Overall it wasn’t a bad place. I would go again. This time hoping my room is a little bit cleaner. "

"There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. The room was a seven out of ten....clean, but the bathtub looked dirty. There was a lot of people around the other buildings at night. Construction and upgrades being done on forst building. So the property is a work in progress. Once the owner is finished, it will be much nicer If you stay in the second building, I don't think you'll be disappointed. But when you pull up, you may question your decision."

" Although the person at check-in was very cordial and helpful, she didn't seem interested in getting me help with my luggage. I'm a senior citizen on a cane and her answer to my inquiry about a baggage cart was that they must have been in use. In other hotels, a worker was called to help me. I was not encouraged partake of breakfast during the 5 days that I stayed. Also, I was never asked if I were an honors member. No nice bottles of water were offered as has happened in other Hilton properties. The laundry was wonderful and I loved the classical music that played as I waited for my clothes."

"Pool was down, otherwise great!"

"Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."
