"The pool is closed by 10 but the person responsible for it closed it at 9:45 and would not let me out. His name is Adele. When asked him to open the door he started throwing chairs around angrily. The same person later intimidated my son at the pool. Don’t know whether it is a coincidence or not. ..."

"The hotel was nice very clean. Staff were very nice and very helpful. The restaurant was nice however they don’t open until 11:00am. All the restaurants around the hotel don’t open until 11:00am.
