A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, and similar items. Once these initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow these house rules:
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
• No motorcycles allowed on the property

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with VRBO policies and community regulations.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
