Newly Remodeled Steps From The Beach; Affordable Beach Vacation

Welcome to Coddage #3! Recently remodeled, our unit is small but filled with a charm rarely found in beach homes. Inside is two bedrooms each with their own queen bed, brand new, with memory foam mattresses! Your children will be enchanted by the hallway bedding where there are two custom head to head 29” x 63” mattresses they will be sure to claim as their own space. There are two full bathrooms. Oh!! We are pet friendly, so please include your entire family and bring along your pooch for strolls along the beach! There is a balcony for outdoor relaxation as well as a common deck area at the front entrance. You will need to bring your own beach gear, to include towels and chairs. We do provide bathing towels as well as bed linens, but we ask that nothing leave the unit. Grilling is not permitted. Fully equipped, perfectly situated, affordable, clean, washer and dryer in unit. Mary’s condo has everything you need! The home is comfortable and inviting. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls, and anything else you may need to prepare a meal. We had a great Thanksgiving at Mary’s.😊

Perfect

I rented this for our group for bike week and it was perfect. The location is excellent plenty of space, beautifully appointed and has everything we needed for our vacation. We will be coming back here on return trips! Communication is great with owner, she answered any questions before check in promptly and when I forgot something behind she helped facilitate its being located so it can be returned to me.
