This property was great for me and my husband. It was very nicely furnished. Great location to the rooftop pool. Side view of ocean. Kitchen was tight but doable for adults. Hosts were excellent to deal with, with any questions or little problems we had. We would definitely stay here again

So to be honest, for the price and location, I expected less. Located ocean front, where you can go downstairs to the indoor/outdoor pool or little lazy river, then literally go through the gate and hit the beach alone makes it great. But essentially it is what it says, a nice clean smaller but fair sized unit, that is clean and has a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The only thing I can say is a con but also a pro is, the 10th floor also has a pool and hot tub which is about 20 feet from your door. Which was fairly empty and relatively quiet with it being October. However the area has music that does not cut off until 11 pm so just a heads up. My wife likes to go to bed at 10:30 but waited to 11 for that reason. The owners care and communicate so another plus. Breakfast is also downstairs in the morning, basic but decent, eggs bacon or sausage depends on the day, pancakes grits toast cereal yogurt coffee and juice. But overall a great place for 1-4 people as there is a Murphy bed in the living room area.
