🏡 The owner resides in a separate private portion of the home and may occasionally be seen in outdoor common areas.

*Your suite is a private lockout room that is exclusively yours during your stay. Please note that the hallway outside your suite is a shared common area, and other guests may be staying in neighboring suites.*

❄️ The air conditioning is controlled from the owner's section of the home and is maintained at 70°F to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

🚗 One dedicated parking space is included with your reservation.
