Enjoy 24/7 gated security, easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, and everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

It doesn't get much better! We're conveniently located directly across from Barefoot Landing, putting you just minutes from the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and countless activities for the whole family.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Clean and load dishes into the dishwasher and run prior to departure.
- Please take trash bag(s) to the trash dumpster located in the back of the parking lot
- Do Not remove Linens or Bed Spread, housekeeping will take care of this.
- Please gather all towels and wash cloths and put them in the main bathroom.
- Please turn Air Conditioner to 74 degrees when you leave or set the heat to 65 degrees in the fall/winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking (including the balcony & No more than 4 People to stay in the Condo
• Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, or any other beach equipment we have left. At the beginning of the season, we supply 2 beach chairs.
• If something is damaged, again, just let me know. We’ve had the same cleaner for a while, and she knows the condo well.
