Amazing vacation

Check in was a breeze, condo waa beautiful and as described in the ad. Beautiful views and close to giff shops, museums, beach and restaurants. The owners were awesome ans checked in to make sure our stay was a great vacation and experience.

Great location!

This property was in a great location. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bike and golf cart rentals, and Theme park. About a 20 minute walk to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel. Condo was clean and had a good amount of space. Beach had chair and umbrella rentals, and water sports rentals right down the beach.

Myrtle Beach 2023

The actual unit for the description and was well taken care of. AC was excellent. View was superb. Capped by dolphin views this morning for a good hour. First time to see dolphins in Myrtle Beach. We stayed in the heart of things to keep a precocious 4 yr old and adventurous 8 yr old entertained. If you want action this is the place to stay. Sorry to report the pool area was dirty. No shower. Defective hot tub no floats for lazy river. Most features needed work. Still fun but could have been better maintained. Only saw one employee the entire time. No one to report issues to at the complex. Most of the issues would take much work to repair beyond maintenance.

Not as advertised

First of all let me say that we are not a picky family but cleanliness is super important to us. We picked this condo because has recent reviews was on how clean it was and that was not the case. The walls was disgusting. It looked like people spit on them on certain spots, dirty handprints everywhere, paint missing off walls. The finish was peeling off the cabinets, the floors left your feet black, the furniture was so tore up with rips and gross looking. It is advertised for 8 people but their kitchen was not set up for that. we had a 1 skillet that was the size of my hand, no pans at all l, and lots of pots. When you are a family of 7 it is very hard to cook with a very small skillet. Some of the food we had bought to cook got wasted because we had nothing to cook it In. The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband did message them when we first got there and sent pictures of what we walked into and their response was that they noted it on file. The positives was…..the bathrooms were clean, the parking was decent, centrally located to everything. We would never stay at that condo again.

We had a fabulous stay!! The room was great, the host was attentive and kept me up to date through emails. The view and location couldn’t have been any better! The salt water pool was warm and fantastic to swim in. The kids loved all the fun things in the kids pool area. We were centrally located to all the sites in town. I would definitely stay there again!

Some nice elements in the apartment and a wonderful beach few from the balcony. On the downside much of the building and some apartments, we heard from other guests, were not well cleaned. There is no secure WiFi in the building or the apartment- that is a real concern. The rental agent was very helpful and responsive.

Condo review

Upon arrival entry was straight forward however be sure to complete the identification process to not have any delays. When unpacking it’s a small wrap around area where parking is limited on time and spots so this makes you feel a little rushed. Actual parking is right across the street and plentiful. We didn’t see parking passes so we used the other recommendations to just write out the info and sit in window and this sufficed. However initial dies make you worry if it will be official enough and get towed. When traveling that’s the last thing you want to be concerned about.As for as the room. The entry to hotel was an eyesore and outdated

Great Fall Break

Looks just like the photos!!

Loved the check in process. No lines at the front desk, just type in the codes to the room. This place looks as advertised! Directions were simple. I recommend to read them twice.

We always love staying at Oceans One… we have made it a tradition in our family…. This was a trip for my mother in law that was diagnosed with cancer and about to start treatment…. It was a bit cloudy so we didn’t see a sun rise but it was wonderful

Lovely updated unit

The unit was lovely and everything was just as described. We were in MB to visit with old friends so while we didn't spend much time in our unit, it was comfortable, clean and had everything we could need.

June vacation

The pics were close to accurate except for the kitchen was dirty and the cabinets were falling apart. I appreciate you guys replacing the dishes and silverware the second day of our stay. The couch was very dirty and uncomfortable. The beds and bathrooms were nice and clean.
