JM Villas offers a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the peaceful Myrtlewood Golf Resort area of Myrtle Beach. The property sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, golf trips, beach getaways, and remote workers. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a standard bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and TV. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and electric fireplace.

Comfort and Amenities

Guests enjoy fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, coffee setup, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, linens, bath towels, starter toiletries, and starter paper products. Important Information

This is a 3rd-floor walk-up with no elevator. Guests have private access to the entire condo. Community pool access is included when open, but pool and resort amenities may be temporarily closed for maintenance, weather, seasonal reasons, or community decisions. Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fees apply. No smoking, vaping, parties, or events are allowed.
