  • This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the ocean in the beautiful Kingston Plantation Resort! This is a gated community with 24 hour security! It is perfect for your escape to Myrtle Beach. Inside, guests find the master bedroom featuring one king bed and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accomodate 2 more people. Two bathrooms. The master en-suite has a tiled walk-in shower with seat & double sink vanity. The guest bathroom is a tub/shower combo. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re freshening up with the hair dryer or ironing your favorite outfit, everything you need is right here. There is a full kitchen including a crock pot, ready for you to cook if you so choose. A startup pkg of paper products, dishwashing liquid & soaps is provided. Enjoy a peaceful retreat where you can unwind after a day at the beach, pool or shopping! There are 2 pools, one on either side of our bldg. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while relaxing on the balcony, watching the sun set over the ocean. Kingston offers golf cart & electric bike rentals on site. At the front there is a nail studio, Pizza Chef & Spankys Pub.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty leftover food from fridge - if you have condiments left over you may leave them. We provide salt, pepper, sugar & Splenda. If you cook PLEASE clean pots/pans good if used.
All trash must be removed. Trash chute is down the hall to the right before the elevator, all trash must be bagged & tied. If too large to fit into chute take it to garbage cans in parking garage.
Dirty linens & towels go in laundry basket on top of dryer. Dishes must be washed & put away, coffee pot cleaned if used. Lights turned off, temp set at 70 A/C, close drapes & return keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
