  • This beautiful beach house, which has just been renovated with a new kitchen and new bathrooms, is a block and a half from the beach in Garden City. This gorgeous property sits next to tidal water that connects to the marsh. There's a mini pier along the water that you can fish from or just hang out on and watch the turtles!
