Didn’t like that we was told that if we book through a third-party Company, that we couldn’t enjoy the benefits of the resort! That policy needs to change because we’re paying just like anyone else and we chose to stay at the resort instead of choosing another location that was also available!

The hotel amenities were amazing for our family. Multiple swimming pools and jacuzzis. The hotel is right on the beach front with a beautiful view. Everything was great except the inside of the rooms were a little worn down, probably from moisture. There were about 5 hairs I found in the towels in the bathroom. I just picked them out and went on with my day. But overall it was a fun experience. We would come again.
