Eureka! Look no more, you have found it!
Ocean View condo with high end furniture and decor. The condo is decorated with a beach theme so you can fully immerse yourself in the beach lifestyle for your vacation. Sit out on the patio and watch the sun rise over the ocean or feel the ocean breeze in the afternoon. Nina's Beach Cottage is on the 2nd level and is an end unit. Our complex has an elevator and it is just steps away from the condo. There is a small cart to help you bring your belongings up in fewer trips so you can get to the FUN!!
Condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig and regular coffeemaker, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, and everything you need for your stay. Bring your personal belongings and leave your worries at home.
The complex is across the street from the beach with easy access to the ocean. It also has a commons area with picnic tables and a lovely pool with nice lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool area also has an outdoor shower to rinse the sand from the ocean off of your feet.

Garden City Beach is family friendly with tons of things to do. The Garden City Pier comes alive at night with music and dancing for the whole family and it is only 8/10 mile away. You will also be close to grocery stores, golf courses, shopping, water parks, and the seafood capital, Murrells Inlet. Murrells Inlet also has the marsh walk with great restaurants and entertainment.
Step back in time with a visit to Atalaya Castle at Hunnington Beach State park, which is only a short drive along with Brookgreen Gardens and Pawley's Island, famous for their relaxing hammocks and chilling ghost stories. The place was well kept, had limited beach view but was nice and close to the beach. Parking is tight with an SUV, so a car is better, however it does have dedicated parking which is a plus. Overall very good stay.

We absolutely love the location with the beach access right across the road. Easy back and forth between the condo and the beach! The condo is great and you get the beach feeling as soon as you walk in. Great parking and there is an elevator. Thanks, Carol, for sharing your place with us

Great getaway!

This condo is very nice. It has everything you need and more. It is a very short walk to the beach and the pool was never crowded. We will try to book again next year.

Wonderful Condo and Location

The condo was beautiful. Fully stocked with everything a family would need. The location was great being across the street from the beach and a short drive to the pier, miniature golf and restaurants. Carol was a wonderful host.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Ideal size for our family. Absolutely no issues and the owner was extremely responsive to an earlier arrival than planned. The posting is spot on and beach access is directly across the road. Works great for walking back to the condo in literally a minute for a snack or quick meal and then right back to the beach. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect for our family

This cute little condo was the perfect place for our family. It was a few minute walk to the beach which my kids loved. Shopping was not far away which I loved. Huntington park was a nice trip to take to get out of the sun for a day. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Carol was so responsive. We will be back for sure.

perfect stay for bike week.

Carol and her sister are such nice down to earth people. I couldn't park my trailer on the property, but Carol let me park it at her sisters house just down the street. It was perfect. My wife and mom where very impressed with the decor. The place made the couple of bad riding days not so bad. Lots of extras in case you forget anything. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Carol.

Well appointed condo with view of ocean

Overall great stay. Small delay getting into the property, due to a new lock. Carol quickly resolved and we had no issues after that. Only thing missing in condo, was hair dryer. Carol explained that someone took it in a previous stay, and she had not gotten the replacement to the condo. Overall great stay, great location, the host was very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

TV and Coastal Carolina

We were I town to watch my daughter play softball at Coastal Carolina. It was great to be able to walk to beach. This may sound silly but loved that the unit didn’t have internet tv, but regular cable. We have had a hard time at other rentals where we couldn’t watch live tv and just streaming services. Thanks!

Great Beach get away

Great place to stay for a beach trip. This condo is a short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean except the tubs. The tubs had sand in them upon arrival and one tub had some head hair in it. Nothing super gross just looked liked it may have been missed in the cleaning process from the previous person's stay. Other than that, everything else was nice and very clean. Plenty of kitchen appliances! Owner is very friendly and answers questions quickly.

Coastal Carolina University family stay!

We dropped our freshman off at CCU this weekend. We were looking for a stay close enough to her.. but close to beach for us. Carol’s place was perfect. Surfside/garden city beach is an AMAZING location. The beach vibe is so different than the main Myrtle strip. The condo was so cozy and clean, we felt right at home! We had everything We needed! We even discovered a cooler we borrowed in the closet :) The beach is literally across the street! The porch was so relaxing in the morning with our coffee and in the evening winding down! The water pressure in the shower was the BEST! We ate at the Conch Cafe right on the beach, shopped at Broadway on the Beach and took an amazing night walk on the beach! We were so happy with our stay, our teens did not want to leave! We will be back :)

Everything you need

Our stay here was perfect. Great location right across the street from a walkway to the beach. Right in between Surfside and Garden City pier. Our host was a 10 out of 10 that got back to us right away with questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying at this property.
