Condo was just as described. Very nice, all the amenities you could need were there. Beach/ocean view was spectacular. Nicely updated, furniture was nice, guest beds were very comfortable, primary bed was very firm...sleep was hard to come by on it due to that. Overall, just excellent. My only recommendations would be: the floors need a good steaming, our feet were black and we quickly learned to wear shoes at all times. Additionally, including an actual sweeper of some sort so that we could sweep up the sand we track in so as to not add to the floor yuck would be amazing. Outside of that, 10/10

Great location. Condo unit is in great condition. The ocean view from the kitchen making breakfast was amazing! Sitting on the large balcony listening to the ocean was my favorite part of sunrise and sunset. The building is a little dated, elevators and common areas need some TLC. Check in email and instructions were not sent until the day after arrival but I was able to contact the property with ease and get access to the condo. I would have preferred receiving all materials prior to check in but they made up for it. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot-tubs and a lazy river. There is access to the board walk and beach all right there. Also a convenient pool bar available as well. Very close proximity to shopping, mall, convenience store, restaurants and pier. I would rent this property again. Very responsive host willing to help when needed.
