Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The elevator code changed during the week and was not communicated. I had to call to get the door code because it was never emailed even though they said they would email and text the codes one hour prior to check in. The property was nice but the hospitality from the resort front lobby staff was terrible. Any time I had a problem or question, the staff acted like they were aggravated. Don’t plan on cooking in the condo for there is little cooking utensils and no flatware what so ever.
