Welcome to Myrtle Beach. Centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with no HOA. 8 miles to the beach, 6 miles to charming Conway & Tanger Outlets,
3 miles to Coastal Carolina University, restaurants and grocery store.
3 bedroom, 2 bath modern home with open floor plan. Lots of windows make the space bright and airy. Large family room with smart tv, fireplace with burning glass, sectional sofa, work area with desk and board games for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen has all the extras and includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, filtered water (reverse osmosis), coffee bar with regular coffee maker and espresso machine, kitchen has island with 3 bar stools and dining area has seating for 6. 12x16 Master bedroom with king bed, luxury linens, large walk in closet, lots of storage space and electric fireplace. En suite master bathroom with jetted garden tub, separate shower, double vanity and bidet. Relax on the screened in back porch with rocking chairs, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy the 10 x 20 side patio with hammock and 10 x 20 cabana with plunge pool and chaise lounge on peaceful, small lake. Plenty of free parking for boat or trailer. Operating cameras are outside of the property. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board, sand bucket and toys, a cooler, corn hole, golf clubs and 2 bicycles for your pleasure. Please take safety measures around the pool area.
