My overall experience at this hotel was good.
The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended.
My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid.
Overall, everything was good.

ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。
唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。
とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

"天文館から近く、大浴場もあり、清潔で良いホテルでした。また朝食会場が最上階で晴れていれば桜島がよく見える眺望で、朝食もとても美味しく大満足です！ここに泊まるなら少し高くなっても朝食を付けるべきかと。自分は使いませんでしたが、部屋のお風呂がビジホには珍しく洗い場付きだったので、子連れにも良いかと思います。"
