    The main house spans three levels and features expansive indoor living spaces defined by sophisticated furnishings, high-end finishes, and large openings that frame uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. The ground floor includes a stylish living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area seating up to 12 guests, and an elegant indoor bar with a wine cellar. Additional amenities include a communal bathroom, laundry facilities, and two private staff bedrooms for on-site personnel.

    On the first floor, a generous lounge opens onto a spacious balcony with captivating sea views. This level also hosts four well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a balcony or outdoor area. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, a serene private retreat featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a furnished terrace, an ideal setting for panoramic sea views and unforgettable sunsets.

    Completing the estate are three independent guesthouses, each offering stylish interiors, comfortable sleeping areas, and private bathrooms. These guesthouses provide added autonomy for guests seeking enhanced privacy while remaining fully connected to the villa grounds.

    Throughout the property, carefully selected materials, soothing color palettes, and elegant décor create a warm yet refined atmosphere. MyKer Estate seamlessly blends grandeur with intimacy, making it an ideal choice for extended stays, special celebrations, or tranquil sea view retreats.

    MyKer Estate’s outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment, set against stunning Aegean Sea views. The private saltwater pool is surrounded by sun loungers, shaded seating, and a pool lounge for 12 guests, perfect for sunbathing or sunset cocktails. The landscaped gardens feature a private vineyard, olive grove, century-old trees, and multiple alfresco dining areas, including a barbecue and kitchenette. Two dining tables accommodate up to 25 guests.

    For leisure, the estate offers an open gym area, ping-pong table, and spaces for yoga or meditation, while an onsite church provides a unique venue for symbolic ceremonies. Private parking for up to 10 cars across three zones ensures convenience and peace of mind. With all these exceptional features, MyKer Estate’s outdoor areas effortlessly blend natural beauty, comfort, and versatility, providing an inspiring backdrop for relaxation, social gatherings, private events, and unforgettable experiences.

    From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

    Please note that a damage deposit of €1,000 is required and is payable upon arrival by card or cash. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damages or destruction have occurred in the villa.

    Event Policy
    Upon request, the villa can accommodate weddings, events, and parties. Your event will take place in the villa’s outdoor area, which can host up to 120 guests with an additional cost payable via bank transfer 10 days before arrival. This fee covers only the use of the outdoor space and includes an additional cleaning service on the day after the event. A damage deposit is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided no damages have occurred.
