I’d an amazing trip and been and staying with Niko was a great experience, he was very attentive, helpful, the hotel is close to the center and super comfortable. I would stay with him again without a doubt.

great value. very calm, had the pool to ourselves. you do have to walk ~20 minutes downhill to get to town/the bus station, so that is inconvenienced

Rooms were a lot more cramped than desired, but everything was kept very clean, including other facilities like the pool, and Nikos was a very courteous host. Location is a bit far from the town in Mykonos, especially on foot, but there are still dining and shopping options nearby

Great hotel

Great location, 10 minute walk into the centre (although along a steep main road but we didn’t mind) also a bus stop very close to the hotel. Lovely pool area Room was a little smaller than expected but we were happy for our short stay. Room was cleaned daily. Nikos was very friendly, checked in on us during our stay. Picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the port after check out. Would defo recommend staying at Nikos Rooms

Great stay

We had a great stay at Nikos Rooms. The free pick up from the port made life easy from the start. Nikos was super helpful and arranged a booking at a beach club for us and a lift to the airport. There is a bus stop really close to the property so it’s easy to get to a beach and back from town.

Absolutely loved our stay at Nikos rooms. The host Nikos picked us up from the airport and explained the town and made sure we were comfortable. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean. Centrally located so you can walk into town or drive or get transport to the other areas of Mykonos. Hopefully we’ll be back again!

Pleasant stay at Nikos Rooms

Our stay at Nikos Rooms was very comfortable. The rooms are basic but you have all that you need. Mykonos city is within walking distance. The owner is very friendly and offered free pick up from the airport. For a very small fee we were also dropped off at the harbour. We enjoyed our stay at Nikos Rooms and can only recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at Nikos Rooms! The family is so friendly, and the room is in a perfect location with great amenities. The centre is walkable and there is a bus stop nearby. Nikos also picked me up at the ferry terminal and gave me a ride to a nearby restaurant. I highly recommend booking here! I hope to come back soon. Thank you for everything!

Nice hotel

The staff was great. Really nice people. Nice room, small and clean! Good airconditioner. Close to a little supermarket and a bus stop. There was a 10-15 minute walk into town. The distance was ok, but u had to walk on a road with cars, no sidewalk so felt a bit dangerous.

Spot On

Cracking little hotel on the outskirts of Mykonos. Slight walk to the centre down as a busy road but other than that I can’t really fault it. I also have to say that Nikos was brilliant from start to finish, so personable and helpful. Just make sure you message him through the app before you arrive so that you can check in, as there’s no reception.

The host was nice and helpful

Air conditioning no working properly so we can’t sleep good we were 3 persons so they give us 2 rooms (one with no A/C) 1 shares bath, the bath room and shower no have division or curtains so everything get wet additionally it is so very old and bad conditions wall and floor have stains and broking floor and the furnitures was so old and bad condition. The host was nice and helpful.

Gentilissimo Nikos, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Zona tranquilla e molto vicina al centro, fermata del bus e supermercato a due passi. Piscina grande e bella soprattutto di notte. Consiglio assolutamente.
