Sofia, the hotel manager, helped us arrange transportation to multiple places and all of the staff was very attentive during our short stay. We booked several places for our first trip to Mykonos, but will plan on a more lengthy stay for our next trip.

The property was beautiful, however, after requesting several times ahead of my arrival with the staff regarding my free upgrade, I never received it. I was also met with a not so great tone via email during my final inquiry. I was never granted a free upgrade. The cleaning staff was great!

Breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful - very attentive and always aimed to please :) Maybe not for families but more for couples. We had a room with a pool that needed to be cleaned. View from room was amazing and was quiet. Communication with the front desk was a bit lacking when trying to get transfers to town and to the airport. Was expecting more but was a good overall stay.

Just in complete Awe!!

I recently stayed at Mykonos no. 5, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel at home right away. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. What stood out the most was the exceptional service—staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests and always greeted me with a smile. I would like to recommend Eva the hotel manager, so prompt with her Reliance follow ups. People within the hotel staff especially Alexis, Chris, Joy were supply phenomenal. The on-site amenities, like the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort and quality service.

A wondedul stay, super attentive staff and always friendly. They can’t do enough for you and take time speaking to you. The rooms are a little small but still beautiful,’the drainage issues are slightly Present as the smell in the shower was always occurring. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed most afternoons here! The gym is extremely small and could be something to work on. The pool side food was beautiful and breakfast was good. We would stay again, the staff made this for us. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here but I don’t think I would stay again. Postives: bed was comfy, ac was good, room was clean, and the views were amazing. Negatives: We booked the corner suite for the patio and view and the window view was very dirty when we arrived so we couldn’t even see a view. We asked for it to be cleaned and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it but the next day to our surprise they semi-cleaned it. The bathroom also had an odor the entire weekend. Lastly the staff was nice but we never felt that welcomed and it didn’t entice us to stay onsite. Also you definitely need a car. Overall it was a good not great stay

Exceptional! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! From the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (a very well spent extra €40), warmly welcomed on arrival, to check out, everything in between was wonderful. Our room was immaculate with a gorgeous view from the big balcony & a beautiful shower. The pool is fantastic, we loved the sunloungers that were sat right on top of the water. There were always fresh towels on hand. Showers near the pool with all the toiletries you could imagine so you don’t even need to go back to your room. The included breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. The staff are amazing! Eva & Chris are the hotel managers & honestly, I never NOT saw them around, either doing grunt work (clearing tables) or just talking to guests & helping them out. They say they are “at our disposal” & you can believe they mean it. The other staff are also wonderful! Always friendly & accommodating. The cleaning staff are always around too, keeping the grounds spotless. In terms of location, we enjoyed being out of town a little & away from the crowds - the views over town are worth it! But getting around is pretty easy. You receive a mobile phone on arrival & you can call reception anytime & they will organise a pick up for you. One way from town is €30, we paid €40 to get home one night from Paradise Beach. The local buses are great too, just a bit more effort (walk down to Ornos to get bus into town then back out to other beaches if that’s what you want).

Beautiful property w/ INCREDIBLE Staff!

I think the best hotel experience of my life! And that is saying a lot because I used to work for The Ritz-Carlton and have stayed around the world with them! This property is SO STUNNING, the included breakfast is DELICIOUS, the balconies in the room are BEYOND! But the very best thing of all is the staff! The front desk organized so much for us, including a rental car delivered to us at the hotel and including a free ride back to our ferry (what?!), and a personalized 3 hr ATV tour around the island! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everything was arranged and made so easy for us so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves when at the hotel. Sofia and Socrates at reception, THANK YOU! Stathis, Mykonos is so lucky to have you as an incredible mixologist and bartender, but we will see you soon in NYC! ;) Christian, Maria, George, and Paris at the restaurant, thank you for all your kindness and FUN! This staff felt like family by the time we left! We love you! Thank you for an incredible stay!!

Great hotel, amazing room, the staff is 1st class. Breakfast was awesome. We loved it It’s not super far from the main area in Mykonos but the only way to get there for us was a taxi and it was $30 Euros each way! Ubers were way more expensive.
