You get a welcome drink when you check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And it is walking distance from the town. Rooms were clean and large enough for 4 people. Loved this place!

Great property with great hospitality from staff. Breakfast was severely overpriced though at 30€ per person when most hotels charge 15€. Best to walk to the cafe next door.

Property is in a good location walking distance of the town and next to the supermarket. We had a standard room initially that was located underneath the pool which had a very strong smell of damp. We upgraded to a suite costing £2700 but for the price the quality and attention to detail fell short. The suites private pool has debris in it which remained in it for the during of our 9 day stay, the waterproof lining on the pool has flaking away in large pieces making the pool feel dirty. For a hotel of this size the only courtesy facilities is an outdoor shower used for the pool and a public toilet located in the restaurant area. The the prices this hotel charges there is far better and higher quality hotels on the island.

This place is a gem! The staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Andreas who gave us some great tips and ideas of places to go and took great care of us ☀️ The hotel is walkable into town which is a huge benefit because of the price of taxis on Mykonos. The return walk is quite steep but good exercise! Loved the fresh salads they serve in the restaurant and the pool area has a great ambience, with stunning sunsets. Highly recommend. They also arranged a buggy for us which was great way to explore the island. Sunset 180 bar is also very close by which is fab.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and great. We felt well taken care of! The hotel is very close to Mykonos town, the port, airport and a number of beautiful restaurants to catch the sunset. You can walk to Mykonos Town and catch a bus to a number of beaches. We were very happy with our stay.

Do not stay here!!! I was a solo traveler (black single woman) and this place was terrifying! Right next to a very busy road - didn’t get any sleep! Also service was unhelpful - did not feel safe nor clean at all

Dirty room
Room was dirty. Asked for room to be cleaned, was cleaned for 5 mins. Ants in room. Black hairs all over floor and in bed, mould in shower. Balcony door was falling off. Really disappointed for the price we paid. Tried to take it up with hotel but they weren’t interested.

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the location, amenities, and food. The wait staff was extremely nice and responsive. However, the front desk staff was not extremely responsive and attentive. There were multiple occasions where I called for extra amenities or needed help in the room and had to call multiple times before someone came. We had ants in our room and the cleaning staff did spray the area but we came back and they left the dead ants all over and even placed some of our clothing where the ants were. We noticed some still alive and asked them to come back to clean and spray and no one ever came.

Completely jipped on my money. 700€ a night for a tiny dark room with no dresser or drawers, no mini bar, small bathroom. It’s not very well located and the front desk is terrible they cannot accommodate any requests and are so slow. Clearly an overbooked spot that is not worth the money

A wonderful hotel!
An amazing holiday at the beautiful My Mykonos Hotel. The staff were wonderful and decor was beautiful. We stayed in one of the Pool Experience rooms and it was amazing, a real treat! The location was good, but would recommend hiring a quad bike to get around as it’s situated at the top of the hill, but that didn’t put us off! We would definitely return.

OK Stay, need better beds.
Bed was horrible. It was 2 seperate mattresses on a double frame and the mattresses kept falling off, the mattress was too hard for my liking. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day. They kept running out of towels in the pool. Overall the service staff were very accommodating which made the stay pleasant but it’s missing some attention to detail.

The room had a heavy pungent smell of mold. Unacceptable for 550$ a night 4 star hotel. Buy a dehumidifier Unacceptable!!! Had troubles sleeping !!!

The property is close from the center, it's clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The property didn't have a gym, which I believe it would add a value, but again, this is my opinion, others might disagree.

Mykonos 5 Day Stay
The hotel gave such a warm welcome with a welcome drink and map of the area. The breakfast was excellent but it is a hike to town (15 mins/steep hike). There are only a few pool loungers so there were a few days where we couldn’t relax without a seat- go early! The only other con was the slight smell in the washroom... however restroom and shower were separate, and the shower had great products. Overall good boutique hotel. The staff are really friendly! The hotel provides housekeeping twice a day and water and beach/pool towels are provided.

Great first trip to Mykonos for a 3 night honeymoon following our wedding in Santorini. The staff were so friendly and professional without appearing false. The room was compact but clean and serviced every day without fail. The breakfast was quite different but plenty to choose from. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing albeit extremely windy!
