wonderful place to stay

we were on our honeymoon and the management made the best trip we had. from picking up us at the airport, giving us a nice room with the wonderful view, and being so helpful. I think people should go and stay in this place and will see how wonderful is this place. The location is wonderful. you could take a bus and get downtown in a few minutes. we really enjoyed our stay and we really recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is on a very steep hill, very hard to go up and down, no side walks and there are cars that make you get out of the way, you have no place to go. There is only the beach and restaurants when you get down the hill. It’s not walkable, no side walks anywhere.

Bad hotel

Was a beautiful location but the staff was horrible we pulled in our car and as I was asked to call for the man to let us in I was waiting outside and behind me the gate was shut and locked and then the owner came out telling me we were not aloud there and it was her house even though we were obviously in the right place then after I had to use my phone to call the man again I have her the phone and she let us in but then half the pillows didn't have cases and smelled and as well as half the blankets smelled and we left a day early

The Orbitz description states that they provide a shuttle from the ferry port AND the airport to the property, but they don't actually do it. There isn't anyone at the reception area, you show up and have to call them, better hope you have WhatsApp or pay an extra fee with your phone company. We lost power for over 2 hours and it took me calling them 4 times to send someone out to fix it.There was also ants everywhere.

Location great but staff unacceptable

Pre-paid reservation and had confirmation # and they tried to tell us via phone no availability No one was at the office/checkin door was locked and a paper with Greek phone to call only. Checkin was 3 we arrived at 3:30. I gave them my confirmation # over the phone and they said no reservation still and no rooms but I was charged. Then said they would call us back and they never called back nor answered the phone when we called We waited with our luggage for almost 2hrs outside u too I had to call hotels.com and tell them what was happening and immediately the hotel called us back and said our room was ready.. but they said reseller no rooms...... We stayed for 4 days room was freshly renovated, clean and excellent location.. we had 2 towels. On the second day we requested extra towels we got None... on the 3rd day we called twice to ask for Towels again and they said we would get them in 30min... 3hr went by and we got towels Seriously the room was nice location excellent but poorly operated. the guests in the room next to us said they had the sake issue at check in and they paid in advance as well.

C’est vraiment une bonne adresse à Mykonos, le prix à 45€/nuit, on vient vous chercher à l’aéroport.C’est nickel!!pouvez pas trouver moin cher!!L’appart avec cuisine équipé.Propre, Grande et jolie vu sur Mykonos, ça montait un peu 5minutes de Panormos Plage.

The hosts were very friendly and cordial , property is nicely located ! And clean rooms only the tap in the basin was nit working properly otherwise it was a lovely stay ! The hosts really helped us out !
