Located atop Pouli hill in Kanalia area, one of the most famous spots in Mykonos, the villa offers charming outdoor spaces with sensational sunset views over the Aegean Sea and the tiny island of Delos.
Its location is ideal for those that want to enjoy a romantic setting while at the same time being near some of the most popular beaches of Mykonos like Agios Ioannis beach and Ornos beach.
The villa features 3 bedrooms plus one mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed ,and 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining and lounge areas inside and outside.
Outside, there is a private area to relax and enjoy the sun and the sunset!
In accordance with the new government regulations,the enviromental fee for the property is as follow:

01/04-30/10:15.00 euros per night
01/11-31/03: 4.00 euros per night
