"Simple but comfortable room overlooking the river close to center of town with free coffee and snacks in the lounge area, but the place does not allow minors and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room rather than having to go down to the lounge every time you wanted some hot water."

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old.
