Luckily got a room upgrade. Service was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, nice to have a gym and pool for use. I would def stay here again

My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful. Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern. Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

The room is always very clean. You can't beat the breakfast buffet great variety and very fresh. The staff is great and always extremely friendly. Made up my room several times in one day. Have stayed at many different hotels in Saigon always end up back at the Rex. Hotel is located right in the middle of district 12. Within walking distance to just about every attraction. On the square next to the Capitol building always a fun place to walk around at night. Highly recommend the Rex hard to beat the price. Exceptional value. Can always come early and drop off your luggage and check in later. Very safe and secure. Swimming pool is always very clean and never crowded. Always quiet. The rooftop bar is spacious for the great view looking down at the square. Hotel has historical significance which is very interesting to me. Great all around place to stay especially if you are a first-time visitor everyone knows where the Rex is. Close to all the great shopping areas in district 1. If you don't want to walk cab rides (grab) are easily accessible from the Rex and cheap. If you're looking for an adventure take a grab scooter. Don't be surprised when your ride is less than a dollar USD.
