Stayed here in November 2024 with my family. Amazing hotel, very clean and decorated nicely in keeping with local style. There is only one restaurant, but has amazing views of the valley, the food offering is traditional Pakistani food, but amazing quality. The pricing is at the higher end. Service is excellent, all staff are very friendly. There is lovely gardens outside, for better views I recommend going up to the helipad for a 360 view of the valley.

Pathetic staff on reception

The hotel was good and located in a nice place but the staff at reception were very much irresponsible. Faced problem on door key on daily basis. Small ants were everywhere in room. If you need anything then must call 4 to 5 time then you will receive your required services.

Great views

The hotel is great. At a very scenic sight. Beautiful views. Good infrastructure and facilities. Spacious rooms. The two aspects that might make you uncomfortable are: 1- The hotel is around 2-3 km from city center with no shuttle service provided by hotel and no public transport running between hotel and city. Thus if you dont have your own transportation, you can get caught in the hotel. 2- No electrical kettle / tea and coffee set in standard and deluxe rooms. This is strange as even most of 3* hotels have this facility. If you want tea several times a day, this is not gonna help.

Great hotel with a beautiful setting

Beautiful location, very good service, lovely lobby looking at the mountains. Sadaqat at front desk was very accommodating. Tahir, Asad and server Nadeem gave us a great service at Marco Polo restaurant for breakfast and dinner, also helped with any question we had about the area. Clean modern rooms with a lovely bathroom also amazing views. I would go back definitely when visiting the area again.
