"The TV didn't work for both days. Notified staff, and they came up the first night and couldn't get it to work. Still didn't work the second day. Staff said they were sorry."

"Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was better than most low cost hotels but a little sparse compared to other places. The only negative I can really see was that pool was not open or functioning. Otherwise, I would gladly stay here again."

"Staff needs sensitivity and professionalism training. One staff member rushed up to me at night when I went to throw trash in the can iutside the front door. He shouted Don't throw that in there! My son and I were startled and he grabbed the cup out of my hand, said he had just emptied tje trash and stompted into the inn to throw it away, all while smoking a cigarette. While bringing in our luggage he was boasting to another guest that he had caught a female employee stealing something and had told her if he caught her again he would have her dismissed and it didn't matter how long she had had been there. He seemed proud that he had her "under his thumb". The room was rundown with rust around the shower and drain. Only 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4, and the pool was closed. I never felt safe at this Red Roof Inn."

"There was no hot tub that we saw. Just a pool. Room was ok, not stellar clean but decent. "

"The rooms are showing their age and need refreshed. Also, my room smelled rather stale; I think it’s time for new carpet! "

"The staff at the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down, and the breakfast buffet was not good at all. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get fresh towels, nor did they make the bed or freshen up the room. I will not be staying at the Marriot again."
