  • FEATURES This charming ground floor flat in an independent villa built in the 50’s and recently renovated, is located off the main road, in an area of only local traffic. The villa has a small garden and overlooks the lake. Access to the beach is a 3 minute walk. Two bedrooms, one double bed and two singles. One bathroom with shower, and an open plan living room with a fireplace and kitchen with dining area. Satellite TV. Ideal for a family of four. Perfectly positioned for watching magnificent sunsets across the lake. A place to relax in, and enjoy the surroundings. Area ideal for hikers and cyclists. Free parking opposite. Supermarket and pharmacy very close by.
