"Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The Breakfast was good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and experience.
The only drawback was, in the middle of my 5 day stay, I had to vacate the room because the room was getting it's maintenance spray for bedbugs. Kind of timely since the night before, I was bitten in the middle of the night on my stomach. I think it was maybe a spider bite because it got really red and hurt and itched for days. I can still see a red area on my stomach were it was and that was 3 weeks ago. I've never had any experience with bedbugs, so I don't know what the bite would look like."
"The room was dirty- the fridge did not work and the ice machine never had ice, so I had food go bad. The steps upstairs were extremely steep and there was no way lo lock the door past the electronic lock.
The only good thing is that staff was kind."
"Hotel was very clean and newly renovated. Staff were all friendly. TV had limited channels and access to a few streaming apps. Great water pressure in the shower."
"I had a great stay at Americas Best Inn. The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. It was the perfect hotel for a short stay and made the experience comfortable and stress free.
They did serve breakfast from 6am to 9am which was nice, but after breakfast hours there were no lunch options or vending machines available, and the snacks, water, and sodas were cash only. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again and truly appreciate the great service from the staff!"
