Beautifully redone, fenced yard, fire pit, close to the lake

Welcome to my home! This is a beautilful home that has recently been redone! Two brand new bathrooms with polished floors and tiled showers.The kitchen got a nice face lift with quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. Every light fixture and fan in the whole house was upgraded. The backyard boasts a brand new Weber grill this summer. It is fully stocked with very nice linens, towels and mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal or just relax with a glass of wine. You can have a great cookout with the gas grill and eat outside on the deck. You can build a fire in the firepit this summer with wood provided and roast hotdogs and marshmallows with the kids. The shed has everything you need for a fun day at the lake including beach chairs, a beach wagon, multiple floating swim devices and cooler bags to pack a picnic lunch as well as chairs to sit around the fire pit. The back yard is fenced in entirely to keep your dog or children safe and to provide you with privacy. You are a mile from the lake and a quick bike ride or walk downtown to great shops and dining. Come enjoy! I'll do everything I can to make your stay great .

House was clean and well stocked with every day items needed during your stay. Yard was great for our two dogs. Great location close to downtown Grand Haven. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions we had.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was exactly as advertised. Clearly, Melinda cares about providing good hospitality. The house has had a lot of recent updates and was a good location to walk downtown. Melinda was great.

This house is great well well put together. Will not be disappointed in this house clean the backyard is excellent Melinda provides everything very easy to get hold of. The backyard is wonderful. Both homes are great. Are you need to do is bring yourself and food. Melinda provides everything else. Great hostess.

We stayed at this property for our Family Christmas events this year and it did not disappoint!The house was exactly as described and in the pictures. The house was very clean and had everything that our family could have needed while we were there. We would absolutely reserve this property again for future family get togethers in Grand Haven. We love staying here! The house is so cute and clean. The fenced in backyard is awesome for our granddaughter and fur babies. We enjoyed the fire pit and spending evenings on the deck. There’s so much do within walking distance!

Great for family of 5 w/ dog

Really great location just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Washington. Fenced yard was great for our dog. We have three teenaged kids and we all fit easily around the game table and the TV. Lots of nice little touches too like good quality shampoo and wireless chargers on the nightstands.

This was our 3rd year back. We love this house for many reasons - well appointed, super clean and comfortable and great location! Plus, a nice and big backyard for plenty of room for play. Definitely a gem.

Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time in grand haven thanks to our stay here. The house was clean and so adorable, but it was all of the little touches that made it such a nice weekend. Melinda has really thought of anything you might need. There are chargers by the beds, dog bowls, s’mores supplies, etc. cannot recommend this home enough!

What an amazing home! Melinda has thought of everything one might need to enjoy their stay. One only needs their personal items and some suntan lotion! Super clean home , the quality resonates throughout this quaint and beautifully decorated home. The backyard was perfect, the new bathrooms are impressive and furniture comfy and new. There are tons of games to play and books for kids to read. We had many game nights and backyard fire pit talks! The walk to the pier or town are just a few blocks away……just the perfect getaway.Thank you Melinda for surprising our youngest with her snoopy sheets and blanket. It meant the world to her . We will be back!

Comfortable, clean house

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. Well stocked, and had a wonderful backyard for our beagle to sniff. Not a house for anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep. But we did fine, and enjoyed our stay. We were here for a wedding at Central Park, and it was an easy walk! Thanks for a nice stay!

Wonderful Stay

This is our 3rd year we have stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our dog. The house is well appointed with a tons of amenities. Beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean. Big fenced in back yard with fire pit for lovely evenings. And it is only a few blocks from town so super convenient. Will definitely be returning!

Family Weekend

The house was fully stocked with all you need, kitchen items, towels, sheets, blankets, and beach gear. Only a short walk to the downtown area and the boardwalk to the beach. Our sweet dogs loved the fenced in back yard too! Perfect place to spend the weekend with my family and our pup’s. Thanks for the great space. :)

Nice house, great location, great homeowner

Very nice house. Has all the amenities you’d need. Dogs are welcome so that’s really important to us. Location is excellent…about three+ blocks walk and you’re on the main drag (Washington) for food, shopping, etc. about a mile and a half walk to the pier so we like to do that a lot. Short drive to state park beach. We come here every year and love the house. Homeowner communicates frequently to ensure all is well. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

We have so many positives to say about this home. It was perfect size, very clean and comfortable, easy to access, plenty of supplies available for use (including beach supplies/chairs/toys), a 5 minute walk to downtown, clear instructions, fully fenced in lot which was perfect for our dogs, with a nice backyard with firepit and plenty of seating. It was really a great spot and the cleanliness and supplies made it a home away from home. It was exactly as listed and explained and we had a great time.
