For the price this hotel was well worth it. Looks like it’s been updated. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. Only complaint was we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our room to be ready. Check in 4pm we arrived 4:30pm.

Everything was great other than we couldn't use the entry door closest to our room(Rat of hotel on North end as we were instructed to because the key card lock for the door didn't work. Also the entire area around the back entry we were trying to use had a very strong odor of human urine. But all together the room was clean and the breakfast was good with a large selection of foods to choose from. Pool was clean and warm with plenty of towels. Would stay here again

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I had difficulty entering my room because the door was jamming on me and the toilet had tendency of running all the time ( it was running when I first entered the room). Besides those minor things I had a great time staying there. And this message is to all hotels : I wish you would put grab bars in the showers and instructions on how to use the TV remote control.

Friendly staff, clean room, decent bed. The room was a bit dated, but was clean. Bathroom and sink area were separate, was a little tricky. Had a shower curtain rod issue, but staff got on it right away. Didn’t know about the separate 100.00 incidental deposit (refund in 3-5 days) until check in was almost complete, that was reason for 4, not 5 star rating

Honestly, I wanted to cancel out reservations after reading the all the negative reviews, but couldn't find anywhere else to stay. That being said, it was decent. The pool area and play structure for kids was nice. The room was updated and reasonably clean. Only issue that was mentioned by someone else as we left was that their ceiling caved in one them😱. I did not see exactly what happened, but makes you wonder about how well kept the place is.

The room was clean. The pool was nice (until the autistic guest poured a whole bottle of Dr. Pepper in it). Breakfast was okay. These are about the only positives of this experience. The hotel is dated. The room smelled musty (and our neighbors complained about the smell as well). The television was not setup properly. The room phone did not work. The curtain was broken. And the hot tub is sketchy. Needless to say, I would not recommend or stay there again.
