"Homemade breakfast every morning was excellent, great coffee from local shop as well.
The host and hostess were great and made you feel that old southern hospitality while you stay with them.
Beautifull home to stay in and relax even on rainy days."
"Everything was beautiful! Loved the creatively decorated yard with warm night lighting, The room was beautiful. Great breakfast and really nice hosts."
"Beautiful property, nice quiet location, nutritious breakfast and gracious staff deserves five stars. But one has to be rested and comfortable in order to enjoy all that. It was hard to sleep with the A/C unit booming all night long right under our window. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we woke up in the mornings with bodies aching all over. Also, the bathtub/ shower enclosure felt cramped and restrictive, and people with limited mobility will find it difficult climbing in and out of the tub. Sorry, David, but we probably won't come back to White Oak Manor ever."
15 min> Lake of the Pines, 25 min> Lake Caddo. Bring the boat and whole family!

"This place was close to Linden and they accepted dogs. This place should not be reserved again until it is cleaned. There were dirty clothes in the closet, no wash cloths, and it smelled like mold. The yard was unkept. The back patio was so filthy. I can tell someone is trying to fix it up. I wouldn’t waste my time with a sauna and inflatable hot tub that was bought. It needs to be fumigated and cleaned."
"The Hotel Kahn is gorgeous with just enough updating to make it comfortable but keeping the old world charm. The bed was very comfortable and the water ran hot and convenient to eateries. I will definitely stay here again. Kim the manager was very helpful and we kept in touch via texting. Loved it!"
"Ideal in every way. Words can’t describe how this entire set up comes together, picture perfect. The beautiful, clean and comfy cabin. Lots of room for the four legged family members to do plenty of zoomies. Friendly ducks that will lead you to where the food is kept. Gas grill and nice table and chairs under a large cedar pergola. And our favorite, the pond with lots of hungry bass and perch. Keeps ya occupied for sure!Such a perfect place and we are so fortunate to find this gem!!And Katie the host is phenomenal!!"
