Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is incredibly calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. All of the staff were lovely, but a special mention goes to the hotel manager and the owner, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. It’s clear that a great deal of time, care, and attention has gone into every aspect of the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here."

Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) "Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "

"A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. There were some Italian businessmen staying and I feel that this kind of fayre is what is expected. There are no...
