"The apartment is very clean and modern. Don’t let the austere look of the entryway door and the foyer disappoint you. The building also has an old elevator. But it works just fine. It has a good location to be able to walk to some of the old town, restaurants and attractions. It has a lovely living room and table. And a very spacious bedroom. My only recommendation to the owner would be to provide newer and thicker towels for bathing."

"The check in was complicated because the system was not accepting the pi’s of the IDs . I felt very uncomfortable emailing the pic of the Passport . Overall a little hassle . The front desk lady from this AM June 1 dressed in brown was very rude and accused me the leader of our group of stealing the hotel water from the cart . The water was offered to the group of 6 the day before by one of the staff that saw them thirsty and exhausted . The youngsters did not drink it bc they did not like mineral water . They like only still water . The accusation was unprofessional , rude and uncalled for . Just because I speak Romanian that does not make me a thief . Her unprofessional attitude put a dent in our mood and day overall. Very unprofessional . If we did not have a previous booking w this hotel for the next day I would have gladly found another place to stay . I did not cross the ocean with a group of 5 students to be insulted in a hotel by unprofessional staff . Shame on her and please retrain your staff to get courteous and polite to guests . I am sure you have cameras on the halls and you can see that no one took anything from the cleaning cart . Please 🙏 retrain your staff in customer service ."

"Our stay had both positives and frustrations, with the biggest issue being the check-in process. We arrived early and understood our room might not be ready, but after being repeatedly told it would be "another 30 minutes," we didn't get access until after 5pm. This was particularly difficult as I was travelling with my mother, who has mobility issues and is undergoing cancer treatment. The reception staff member we initially dealt with was not especially helpful, but Beatrice handled the situation professionally and kindly offered complimentary breakfast and a dining voucher, which we appreciated. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living area, and balcony. However, it felt somewhat dated and lacked enough towels and water for three guests. The lack of mirrors near plug sockets also made getting ready inconvenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant teams were also welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent. We had to request toilet paper twice after waiting two hours for the first request to be fulfilled. We were also told we could use the outdoor hot tub facilities, only to discover they were closed for maintenance until next year, which was disappointing as we had planned to use them during our stay. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, with spacious accommodation and some excellent staff. However, poor check-in inconsistent service detracted from experience"

"Lovely clean room and large shower. Check in was seamless. We like the security of key operated lifts. The location was good for the old town and walkable to palace of the people and cathedral. It was close to major bus routes. Breakfast fantastic with fresh cooked omelettes and waffles extensive continental selection as well as cooked breakfast . I have a gluten free diet and there was gluten free cereals bread and biscuits. Will stay again"

"No ac in the room so it was stuffy. Seemed to be the entire hotel, perhaps some policy of not turning ac on until summer?! Fridge wasn’t working. Mattresses were old, shower cabin was dripping, sink was smelling like waste water when you turned on the water. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choices."

"Clean spa area and comfortable seating. The room was small and convenient. Really decent beds and incredible shower. The vault is the highlight of the hotel but a shame that it was privately hired during our stay although we had a chance to drink."
