Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. "Nice room. Shower floor not the cleanest. Hairs present. One concern was finding the property. Not an easy thing. Another concern was how you enter and leave the property. The outside gate is always locked and you have to request the front desk to open it. Our room was in a different building and we didn't pass the front desk so we had to press a button and wait for them to open the gate. So coming back to the hotel you had to press a button and wait again for them to open the gate. A bit of a hassle."
