"I didn’t get the room that was advertised and the assistant manager was not very helpful with the situation. The deposit amount was very high and they also have a resort fee. If you book here make sure you inquire about the room you’re getting so you make sure you’re getting what you paid for because it was very misleading."

"Love love love this place. I come every year. Although, name changed to Radisson. No actual changes to hotel. The only downside , the bartender in oasis’s she’s not welcoming AT ALL, and very dismissive/rude. What’s worse; the gratuity is included with the bill, so she does not care. She was here last year with several complaints from other customers. Not sure how she is still employed here, honestly. Other than that, it’s an amazing place. Front desk staff are friendly. Also, beware of the nuisance of park staff trying to convience to join a seminar every 3 seconds. Will come here again"
