"The room was not clean, bugs smashed on the wall, in the bathroom, stains from god knows what on the bed. The room smelled like mildew, covers were damp. The AC was so loud. We would not recommend"

"Love love love this place. I come every year. Although, name changed to Radisson. No actual changes to hotel. The only downside , the bartender in oasis’s she’s not welcoming AT ALL, and very dismissive/rude. What’s worse; the gratuity is included with the bill, so she does not care. She was here last year with several complaints from other customers. Not sure how she is still employed here, honestly. Other than that, it’s an amazing place. Front desk staff are friendly. Also, beware of the nuisance of park staff trying to convience to join a seminar every 3 seconds. Will come here again"

"El cuarto tenía un olor un poco raro desde que entramos . Está ya es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel la vez pasada estaba mejor el cuarto . El desayuno bueno especialmente el señor de la puerta que te recibe súper amable siempre que vamos nos encanta que esté en el lugar todavía. El lobby súper bien la atención en si el hotel es bueno pero esta vez sentí que la limpieza de el cuarto no fue buena ."

"Hotel looks recently remodeled but had a lot of issues rolled up together that just made it an unpleasant 4 day stay for me. Biggest was pool was closed/broke and the gentlemen at the counter was very unsympathic. He brushed off customers, told them to go to the other pool Wyndham operated down street but many didnt have cars and it was a 25min walk! Of course the hotel NEVER emailed me prior too so that I could have had the option to change hotels if I desired. I was planning on spending my days at the pool, this was my 4 day reset before I went back home to the 9-5 grind. Other things include the ice machines were broke as well, they sprayed for bugs while I was there so dead bugs started popping up in my room, in the morning I had to wait to shower bc there wasn't enough water pressure for everyone in the hotel, and just weird for me was breakfast was not until 7am...Im used to hotels being 6am or 630am at the lastest (im a morning person). So nothing egregious but with all the issues you'd think they'd offer a discount/comp or even a simple apology but no nothing from the hotel staff. I will say though that despite the dismissive and unsatisfactory service from the hotel staff, the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and attentive, so kudos to them! Hotel staff do better! Wyndham expect better!"
