"Staffs were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Gifu station and the bus terminal. But I have to say this is the first Dormy Inn that is suboptimal on the cleanliness. Room floor was dusty, shower room is mouldy, room window has webs. "

"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean. Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."

Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"
