"Staff were friendly and rectified an issue immediately. Hotel was nice and the room had everything we needed. Black out curtains and sound proof windows with good Aircon."

"Room Had very strong bad smell and Cigarette Smell ( Room 440 ) however reception did not accept to change the room. Also the hotel does not even provide toiletries at all , you just get all-in-one hair/body shampoo/wash. no ear buds, shower cap, not even tissue box ( hand/face issues ) !!! moreover, the room does not have a fridge , does not have hot water kettle !! Pillows are extremely cheap quality. The sound proof is ZERO .. you can hear people walking and speaking very clearly finally the breakfast was extremely basic .. not worth the money , you can not order basic omelet .. I recommend to stay away and book at Holiday Inn Holiday hotel which is Next door to it."

" Very basic Hotel, I was booking this through Work, so money was not an option. I paid £262 for a luxury deluxe double room OMG, it looks like student accommodation, that’s not knocking student accommodation. I’m sure it’s great but not when you pay £262 a night. The deluxe part about it was the kitchen in the cupboard, the smell inside this cupboard was like the back of a 50-year-old burger joint the smell of burnt grease, and although you have a kitchen, they do not provide any pot pans plates or any cutlery or utensils. The curtains don’t actually fit the windows so the Neighbouring buildings will catch a view of View at some point. There is no restaurant they just have directions to a kebab shop or pizzeria. It was clean, the bed was clean. The towels were clean, just don’t look at the carpet. I don’t know whether I’m gonna get backlash for writing this. I have never written a bad review in my life, I’m English. I just smile and pay her to the end I say yes everything‘s okay, but this was not okay."
