"Great location and overall a good stay. The room was quite small and had limited storage space. There was no coffee maker, only instant coffee, and some basic amenities like toothpaste were missing. Overall, a pleasant experience, but there is room for improvement."

Good value and in a great location for tourist areas and more locals oriented bars and restaurants. Less than 10 minute walk to marina"

"Just as good second time round. If not the suite, room 202 is equally good. Located in the tower, the morning view and sun are a real tonic - as is the power shower. We used this hotel at the start and end of our vacation but wouldn't mind staying longer to explore Alicante more."

"Excellent location for walking round old town Alicante and the main shopping area, and a short walk for the castle (via bus or lift). The one-way road outside is limited to bus and taxi so we struggled to drop off our luggage from our own car. But don't let this put you off, it's a really nice hotel in a great location."

"Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad."
