"The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico."

"After I booked a room in Expedia, I follow the instructions to call 24 hours before arrival to get instructions to get into the property and I was told they will email those to me in the morning. Never received anything and had to call back to be told that I did not have any reservations. The person was rude and not willing to help"

"The overall experience of staying here was very nice to us. The room was clean and nice. The rooftop was very beautiful. From there, you can enjoy the breakfast while taking a look at the town at a high point. The host was a nice guy, very welcoming and considerate. Recommend to stay here!!"
