"Comfirtable and spacious room. Staff was friendly and excellent service provided. Dissapointed in breakfast buffet- very "average" quality food- not the same quality we received in other hotels in Italy, especially a bummer in the "food capitol" of Italy"

"I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. The hotel seemed a bit dated and perhaps had been refurbished from a smaller scale b&b before? Also slightly outrageous to charge €9 per day just for putting things in the mini fridge? However I liked the nice touches of welcome cards, turn down chocolates etc."

"Decent sized, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast, parking next door."

"Room was fine, clean and tidy. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which was great. Communication with the staff was not great, we had to ask multiple times for the self check in information when we landed as it was not sent in the morning as promised. We also had to wait ages for someone to let us in the front door. Asked if we could leave our luggage anywhere before our evening flight and received no reply. You also have to pay €1 to use the coffee machine and it doesn’t work."
