"The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to be addressed by the owner. Perhaps it's the owner that doesn't man his email?"
