"Staff are very friendly, it is family friendly and a lot activities to do. Room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is the check in process can be quite long and a bit more organized? We arrived a couple of hours early and did the whole check-in with badges and said we had to wait till 2pm for check-in. Came back and had to do the whole line up again where it takes forever for people to do the wrist bands, passports etc. The only difference was they called to see if our room was ready but we already had the key cards. Also, there is a checkin and checkout line up but guests don't really follow the signs so it would be easier if there were just one line and the front desk just serves the next person at the top of the line. But the staff were very friendly. "

"Small hotel in an ideal location for our needs. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious with a kitchen and dining room table and chairs. Plenty of storage space in bedroom area. Balcony with small wooden table and two chairs. Metal pull out clothes line on balcony was useful. Bathroom OK but found the shower over a rounded botyom bathtub and no safety bars to hold onto a little unsafe. Rooms clean. Cleaner every other day. Breakfast OK. "

"It’s a fabulous hotel, with amazing facilities and lovely staff. The food is also first class and reasonably priced. We loved the Med restaurant and the Arara bistro restaurant was our favourite! I think the bedrooms could have been larger, with comfier chairs on the balcony and around the table. The ventilation was also not that well designed from the toilet into the room. But nonetheless it was a fab experience and we would go again. "

"We had 3 generations of family and close friends celebrating a 60th birthday. This was a perfect villa for a party. There's enough room for everyone to get space to relax. The pool was great, games room and bar, the balconies all give fantastic views. It's well equipped , great BBQ and the weather turned up on the day. Thank you Pauline, Linda and Andrea for making our celebrations so memorable. We'll definitely be back ."
