Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room.
