Nobody clean the room I stay three night, and nobody changed towel the soap in the shower finish and nobody care the menu downstairs in the lobby was very poor

We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent ...
