Good resort with very friendly personel. We stayed there during ramadan and it was very quiet at the resort. We got an upgrade for the room because there was a bed missing in our old room. That was a very nice solution. The food is good and there are a lot of facilties to enjoy yourself. We had a very nice stay!

Things which could be improved Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose.. Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and children. Been staying here for last 5 years omelette station was better inside..Assam the activity guy was 5* amazing and kids really enjoyed it

Things which could be improved Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose.. Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and children. Been staying here for last 5 years omelette station was better inside..Assam the activity guy was 5* amazing

Excellent hotel and staff!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are super helpful. A big shout out to Lucy in the buffet restaurant and the waiter from Mumbai (sorry I have forgotten your name). They both went out of their way to make sure we had everything. The waiter went out of his way to find my friend a particular sweet she had asked for. I must say thank you to the staff in the spa who also went out of their way to help. We took the inclusive package which was amazing value for money. I will be back to this hotel. Excellent all round experience. Thank you.

Très bon accueil par un employé francophone très serviable. Suite immense, meubles un peu usés et cuisine agencée mais à peu près vide. Malheureusement à 5-10' de la plage et du déjeuner, assez quelconque. Restaurant de piscine trop basique et cher pour de très petites portions. Piscines petites et bondées.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke im ‚all inclusive‘ Angebot waren vielfältig und es gab immer genügend. Die Pool-Landschaft war gepflegt und es hatte genügend Liegestühle. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen und ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das Team des Barceló Mussanah Resort!

Struttura nel complesso buona, personale gentile. Le stanze sono spaziose ma purtroppo non proprio pulite. Le finestre devono rimanere chiuse perché diversamente si crea umidità. Probabilmente il sistema di aereazione è datato. La spiaggia è ampia ma non proprio pulitissima ( plastica, residui di mattoni ecc). La struttura è isolata dal paese ma offre diverse attività. Sarebbe magari utile un servizio navetta verso il paese.

Gross, viele Gruppen, am Hafen, Essen Mittelmass.

Großes Hotel direkt am Meer bzw Hafen. Grosse Zimmer. Sehr viele Gruppen, was zu Staus und Gedränge am Buffet führte und auch zu Lärm. Wir haben lieber im Alacarte Restaurant gegessen, das war gut und viel preiswerter als das mittelmäßige Buffet. Frühstück war nicht so doll. Lagzeitaufenthalte würden wir hier nicht buchen, 1-2 Nächte OK, aber der Preis war eigentlich zu hoch.
