"Very nice little room which is all I needed just for me. The bed was very comfortable. It was right next to the federal palace and an easy walk to the cathedral and clock tower. Perfect for what I wanted to see and do while I was in Bern. Happy to return here if I go back!"

"We had a gorgeous room with a lake view and small porch. This was suite (upgraded) room. The ceiling was super high and the room was well-appointed. The restaurant overlooks the lake and was lovely. We had great service in the restaurant and for drinks in the courtyard. We used the laundry service which was excellent but very pricey."

"I would definitely stay here again. Room is very nice and spacious. View out of the window was great. Breakfast was very expensive but it was good and had a wide selection of food. Once you get up the escalator from the train station, the hotel is right there which was nice since it was raining the day we arrived. "
