"The hotel is in Luton Town Centre. It's close to the train station and the bus interchange and next to the shopping mall. The hotel is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. The area is quite grim, rough sleepers, drug users and almost no police presence. This is Luton and I know it well, ..."
